Swimming with Great White Sharks :D

Hey hey hey my shark loving hipsters how the hell are ya :)

Ok so the title pretty much explains it ;) . I just figured i'd tell ya about the time when Sara and I went swimming with the Great White Sharks in Australia ( in a cage of course :P )

So Sara and I were on the biggest and most epic road trip I have ever done which was all the way down the east coast of Australia taking in Byron Bay , Coffs Harbour , Newcastle , Sydney , Melbourne , Geelong , Adelaide and Port Lincoln ( where the dive was ) then on the way back we passed through Broken Hill , and some other places I can remember now haha ...The whole trip was about 6000 klms and took about 3 weeks :) Was to short though as we had to spend a lot of time driving ( about 4 hours a day average) . But it was still an epic trip to say the least :). There were periods of  time when there wasn't much to do or look at so we decided to play a game ....count how many road kills we saw haha ...we got to 402 by the end of the trip :P ;)

Ok so yeah the shark dive was in a place called Port Lincoln which is about 700 klms past Adelaide , it cost about $500 with video and photos included ...best $500 I have EVER spent !! The first time when you see the shark just even from the boat was almost the best part because you just see it and you think .....fuck ....that's one huge killing machine haha ...and I mean huge because the sharks there that day were all 4m+ and of course they are super solid to go with the massive length .

The whole thing was done in a cage of course and the staff threw huge chunks of tuna in the water past the cage and then drag them back towards the cage so you see the sharks biting down on the tuna right before your eyes :) Usually there is 6 people in the cage for 45 mins at a time but after about 15 mins 2 girls who were in the cage with us got out because apparently they couldn't handle the whole scuba thing with the breathing through the mouth only thing ....WHICH WAS AWESOME !! Because this meant we had so much more room to swim around the cage and move where we want . A girl who we were talking to on the boat ride out to the island was saying that she actually touched one! . I said nah no way how the hell did u do that ?...she said u just wait until the sharks head goes past and reach out and touch it near the tail ....so of course I had to try this because im an idiot haha so when the shark swam past I put my hand out to touch it but it kinda just kept moving away until Sara grabbed my arm back inside the cage because at this point I had nearly my whole arm through the gap in the cage trying to touch the shark and Sara just gave me a look of a million words basically saying ...ARE YOU FUCKING STUPID DONT DO THAT AGAIN !!! ...So I decided against it haha .

The whole thing isn't really scary at all , the main part that is scary is actually getting in and out of the cage as you think what if a rouge wave came and knocked me in the water ...i'd be fucked ! The crazy thing is the staff just stand on the back of the boat on these metal platforms with NO harness or anything throwing huge chunks of tuna into the water and one slip and they be in there swimming with the sharks ....crazy people !!

It was so amazing to be down in the cage with one of the worlds top predators , just to see how big they are and also we were lucky enough to have about 4 or 5 sharks at the same time swimming around ... a couple of times one just swam at me and stared me straight in the eyes ...I will never forget that :) I want to go shark diving again and I hope to when I eventually make it to South Africa as its the only other place in the world where u can dive with the Great White Sharks , some can get up to 6m long and it would be super epic to see one of these monsters !! :)

If you even have the slightest arousement of interest in this activity then don't second guess it and just ring up and book a dive because its one of these things that is undeniably awesome and worth much more than the $500 that it costs ! :)

Corporations rule the world ... :(

Hey hey hey people hope ya all good in da hood ! ;)

Ok so I was reading the news on the BBC world news app today and I read an article about the amount of corporate tax Google actually pays in the U.K ... Apparently according to the article Google pays only 10 million pounds in corporate taxes between 2006 and 2011 whilst having revenues of 11.6 BILLION pounds ... HOW THE FUCK IS THIS POSSIBLE ????

I know for sure that seeing this makes me really fucking angry because god damn I wish I only paid % 0.1 tax ....I'd be pretty freaken rich also :P ....in Norway here we pay a freaken massive amount of tax ( about %36 of total income ) and whilst I understand why etc I can't justify it when this kind of corporate tax avoidance happens everyday all over the world. In Australia I was paying about %20 tax which I found somewhat acceptable but god damn %36 is steep . Fortunately you earn about %10-15 more money here than you would in Australia so it sort of works out in the end ...sort of haha :P

My point is that this is just unbelievable that this kind of thing can occur with full knowledge of the government and the people etc ...the crazy thing is that according to Google's lawyers they have done everything correctly and not broken any laws and they have paid all the tax that was due ..... ok so that's just fucking ridiculous and the U.K needs to look at their tax laws in order for this kind of thing to stop happening ....just another case of a capitalist society where the rich get richer and the poor are just poor and nothing will ever change.

Also I have been hearing a low lately about companies in Australia who have the majority of their profits hidden away in tax enclaves such as Seychelles , Switzerland , Vanuatu , and the Bahamas. Not only Australian companies are avoiding paying tax this way but thousands upon thousands around the world and these companies are usually the ones with the highest revenue and the highest level of profits ....

I don't really know what else to say about the whole thing except it makes me sick to know that everyday people such as myself work our asses off for 40 hours a week for at least 45 weeks per year and have to pay %36 tax and these companies that make BILLIONS of dollars pay only % 0.1 .....imagine what I could do if I only paid % 0.1 tax ....I could then literally afford to take 3 months off per year and travel around this beautiful world we live in and explore and relax and immerse myself in other cultures and do so many interesting things ....but no, that's not how our fucked up society works because our society is designed to keep me working like a slave while all the people with all the money always stay the people with all the money and they have so much money they buy things like rolex watches .....seriously your gunna pay $17,600 for a FUCKING WATCH !!! God damn the world is so fucked when someone is going to buy a watch that is more than the whole worlds average YEARLY wage !!! This is a really fucked up situation ...not sure what to do about it but complaining helps haha :P .

Hey hey hey my intelligent and sexy friends how the hell are we all? :)

So yeah , this will be my 32nd blog post thingo and im starting to run out of things to talk about haha ...I mean I have a lot of shit to talk about but I just don't wanna be posting up absolute shit because I want to post 3 or 4 new posts a day ...this is part of the reason why I haven't been posting a lot lately because I reckon people want to see quality not quantity ;) :P ....THEY GET NEITHER !!! :P

But seriously this is me asking you the people of the world what I should blog about , give me some ideas and then I can go from there ....ok so maybe it is a bit lazy on my part but hey I cant read your minds and I seriously don't know what the hell people want to hear about .... the most popular posts so far have been about facebook, chicks in scandanavia being hot and my thoughts on peoples shitting habits haha very random indeed :P

Anyways if you have a good topic of blog that you would like to bestow upon me and then I can rant and rave about that for a while and hopefully it will make sense and be of use to your person ;) Don't be shy I will talk about ANYTHING ...and I mean ANYTHING ;) haha

What's the go with belly button fluff ...???

Hey hey hey back once again with a brand new jam ...or blog as it would be ;) hope your all fucking awesome ! :)

Ok so this is something that perplexes my mind to no end haha , so I know how belly button fluff is made ...it gets sucked up into the forest that has become my stomach hair and it churns its way round and round until it finds its final destination in my umbilicus ( belly button ). This I can understand ...but what I can't understand is the fact that its always the same colour no matter what...kinda grey/black . I know I wear other shirts with different colours such as blue , green , red , and even blue green red with a tinge of white ....but why is the fluff always the same colour !!! Maybe its because its so dark and unexplored in my umbilicus that as soon as you enter all colour and life is devoid from you and you are just nothing except a piece of fluff inside a bogan Australians gut .... either way that shit confuses and confounds my person ;)

 Also one time I remember watching guiness book of records and this guy had a huge jar of his belly button fluff he had accumulated over like 15 years or something ....can you imagine if this guy had a wife ... " Hey Barbara come and see how high the fluff is now ITS GONE PAST THE CURVE IN THE BOTTLE FUCK ME !!!!" ...Not sure Barbara is to keen on the whole situation but unfortunately its too late for her now as she has already been married to Dirk for 30 years and shes stubborn so she won't give it up ... "yes dear im sure they will be really impressed at guiness book of records" Fuck her life haha ....here's cheers to all the Barbara's in the world who have to put up with intellectually disabled husbands just so the rest of us don't have to deal with them as much ....Barbara I cannot thank you enough ;) ...Ok im out ;)

Mining the seafloor ....NOT COOL !!!

Ok so here's the thing , multinational companies are paving the way for seabed mining ( mining the sea floor ) because due to technology advances coinciding with higher commodoties prices this has forced the companies currently ingaged in raping and pilliging this great earth of ours to look elsewhere because they now see the end of being able to extract minerals from the land we live. There has already been given out explorationary permits to I think about 17 different companies which cover HUGE amounts of the ocean within each permit. This is so fucked up in so many ways !!! First of all its just a joke and also an insult to everyone on the planet when these companies come out and say that it will be "environmentaly friendly" ....don't give me that shit you stupid corporate fuckwit ...I don't give a shit about your "research" because it's all bullshit anyways and we all know that it WILL affect the marine ecosystem and what, you say " the ocean is so big " but what next , you start something like this and it will just escalate into the whole seafloor getting raped and pilliged and the whole marine ecosystem will collapse and this will have very dire consequences for the whole world... I read in a National Geographic Magazine about 3 or 4 years ago that even if we reduced the whole catch of animals/plants/fish etc from the ocean by %50 next year then it would STILL NOT BE ENOUGH to replenish the worlds fish population.

So basically the theory goes that you get a big huge vaccuum cleaner and basically suck up the whole of the ocean floor and everything with it and say that its all good and its not hurting the ecosystem ....yeh really ... sounds pretty fucked up to me and im sure everyone else reading this .

IT JUST LOOKS FUCKED UP !!! LOOK AT IT !!! ECO FRIENDLY MY HAIRY ASS !!!!!!!!!

One interesting article I read recently was talking about the fact that whilst there is a race on to see show can successfully mine ( rape ) the ocean floor that there is also another race for minerals going on and it's in SPACE!! This is because scientists are looking at the possibility of mining big space rocks which have been known to hold up to %1000 more valuble minerals than normal "earth" rock ....I was so glad to read about this because it makes me think that wow somebody has finally come up with a great idea which makes sense and is ALSO environmentaly friendly at the same time !! :) I mean what a great idea there are BILLIONS of these rocks just floating around in space and if we could utilize them to create some kind of energy then the world would be looking at a great future when we dont have to think about the ending of fossil fuels and can move towards a planet WITHOUT FOSSIL FUELS. How cool would that be ...but unfortunately I don't think this will become the case because knowing how the world works and the fact that if there's a wrong way to do things that the people in charge of this great earth of ours will conspire against this and create loopholes allowing big companies to rape and pilliage what little protected habitats we have left on this beautiful planet to create a more safer ecomoic future in the short term and never think of the long term destruction of the environment...

Anyways I seem to be rambling a lot now so I figured I would stop haha , not even sure if anyone is even interested in what im talking about haha ...Anyways someone read it because your reading this now and your someone haha :) :D Cheers mate !! :)

A few things about facebook ...

Hey hey hey all hope your all fantesticly awesome ;)

Ok so I have been a bit sick this weekend so i've been slack again but hey ya get that on the big jobs ( it's an Australian saying ...ask Sara about it :P ). Either way I have been quite sick and Sara kept going on about how I was complaining and then even saying to her friends " oh u know how it is when the man gets sick ...hes REALLY sick and he thinks he's going to die " and i'm sitting there thinking well fuck if they ALREADY think i'm sick then im just gunna act real sick and she will rub my feet and get me orange juice from the store etc ;). Also what's with chicks and pretending to be hard ...like ok we complain if we are sick but that's because we can't complain when something hurts like girls do ... oh you accidentaly stabbed yourself with a knife whilst trying to de-seed an avocado and you cut throught both the tendon AND nerve ...no need to start panicking ya big girly girl !!!  whatever, you should have seen last week when the scaffold door fell on my head at work ...it hurt a fair bit and I didn't complain about it one bit now did I ! :P


Stop playing the victim ...feminism has come to far ...the other day I scratched my face with my jacket and only got velcro and it scratched my forehead ...but you don't here me complaining about that now do ya !!!!!! :P

Ok ok so I may or may not have strayed from the topic of conversation there for a short while but now im back into the zone yo ;) ...Ok so just a few random things about facebook .

How annoying is it when u think u have a new update or a few notifications but u find its just other people you don't like posting on someone else's post who you also don't like but that you previously posted on just because society condemns you ( for whatever reason )  to pretending you like this so called "friend" of yours and so you posted to say happy birthday and now all your getting is her stupid emo/indie/ just plain fucked up friends are posting shit like " Hpy b'dy BabEz Hpe u hve a gr8 dy <3 <3 <3"... God dammit unwanted facebook etiquite its all your fault! .

Also the other day I saw an unnamed person posting that they were off to the gym ... Good for you you decided to go to the gym because we ALL know that u probly have never stepped inside one and this will most probably be your first and last time ...STOP FUCKING PRETENDING !! You will go there once tell ppl you hurt your knee and then never return , so please stop with the posting ....if you do succeed in the gym endeavour I would be more than happy for you to post pic's of your results after 2 months ...I look forwards to seeing the results .

Ok So when you change your profile picture and you just change it to an old profile picture you already had before , this means you are insane , either you like the photo so much you just want an excuse to see how good you "used" to look or how good you look that one night when u posed that time and it looked real good and now you want people to think of you looking hot and cool again instread of that weird/indie/retro crap pic you put up of yourself in a mirror with a dark filter from Instagram ... And to the people who just constatly change it for attention because you know it will bring you at least 10 likes and that will make you feel better about yourself because you know for one brief moment that 10 people were looking at the BEST picture of you that exixts ... well I just feel sorry for you ...msg me and we can be lonely together ! :P ;)

How stupid is instagram .... ITS JUST FUCKING FACEBOOK BUT WITH FILTERS !!!!!! You can still post your pics on facebook and add filters and such before  .....aaaanyways instagram ya heads off i'l never be there ...( much to Sara's dismay ) .

Something funny has happened on my facebook though because as I have posted before about people posting shitty photo's of their dog vomit looking dinner it now seems to have become a "thing" to be posting up your shittty dinners on my facebook wall ....to that I say touche' compadres touche' haha. Funny shit ! :) :D

Hey hey hey my friends and associated people hope ya all are as happy as I am !! :)

So as you may have guessed I just passed 1000 page views and I think I have been doing the blog for about a month now so whilst of course im not going to break the internet with this kind of traffic im quietly happy with this result and it motivates me to keep posting all this shit that I post up ....if you like it please share with your friends because that would make you cool ;).
